Operating in Brazil for over 10 years, it employs approximately 250 professionals nationwide, delivering product development services to vehicle manufacturers and automotive component suppliers. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** Will define and execute the necessary test plans for the proper validation of components, subsystems, and electrical integration in vehicles, aiming to demonstrate the required performance of their component. The definition of the test plan, execution, and appropriate management of validation activities for components, systems, and vehicles must be aligned with the vehicle manufacturer’s global validation requirements and conducted within the project’s scheduled timeline. In addition to future projects, this professional will also be responsible for validating current production products, including technically viable alternatives with optimized cost and supply solutions for manufacturing plants, thereby supporting any activity requiring validation of components and subsystems under their responsibility. To achieve this, the validation engineer must collaborate closely with the development team, including local and global partners as well as suppliers. **Qualifications** Profile: Experience in the automotive sector or related field (Required). Strong communication skills, project management capabilities, good interpersonal relationships, flexibility, and an innovative mindset (Required). Experience in electro-electronic engineering within the automotive sector is a plus.
