**Function Mission**
Support analytical, compounding, and quality control processes in the laboratory, ensuring correct execution of technical routines and compliance with safety, quality, and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) standards. Contribute to operational efficiency by ensuring organization, accuracy, and technical team support, always aligned with PróPharmacos’ values.
**Activities and Responsibilities**
* Assist in substance compounding according to technical instructions and guidance from the responsible technician;
* Perform weighing, dilutions, measurements, and data recording in accordance with established procedures;
* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of laboratory equipment, workbenches, and environments;
* Support calibration, verification, and control of laboratory instruments;
* Monitor inventory of supplies, reagents, and consumables, reporting replenishment needs;
* Strictly follow biosafety standards and waste disposal procedures;
* Record and update routine spreadsheets, reports, and simple test certificates;
* Support analysts and technicians in quality control and compounding routines.

**Technical Skills**

* Operation of simple equipment (analytical balance);
* Basic computer skills (Excel and internal control systems).
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Completed or ongoing technical course in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Biotechnology;
* Prior experience in compounding, quality control, or product packaging;
* Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
* Experience with specific laboratory equipment;
* Participation in internal training programs on quality, safety, or compounding.
