Together, we continue enhancing our culture and reinforcing our commitment to nourishing your life. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prepare and conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological tests using measurement and testing equipment; * Collect product samples during the manufacturing process for physical, chemical, and biological analysis to release products during manufacturing; * Operate the Milkoscan FT2 to collect physicochemical analysis results; * Analyze and approve raw materials; * Monitor equipment calibration and perform material sampling; * Retrieve necessary work materials from the warehouse via an electronic requisition authorized by the area manager; * Maintain organized finished products under analysis throughout their shelf life; * Maintain organized physical-chemical and biological analysis spreadsheets; * Guide and provide basic explanations of job activities to new employees during onboarding/training; * Collaborate in developing analytical methodologies; * Keep the workplace and equipment clean and organized; * Participate in the company's quality management system and in developing new products and suppliers; * Work in compliance with technical and quality standards and procedures, as well as safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School + Technical Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Environmental Science; * Basic computer skills (MS Office Word and Excel) and Microbiology are desirable. **Additional Information** * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Food Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Voucher; * Welhub; * Product Discount; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR); We believe our results come from our dedication!
