Preparation and finalization of meals for employees Description: * Completed elementary education * Availability to work flexible hours * Restock merchandise in FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes), Dairy Products, Deli, Butchery, and Cafeteria departments; * Slice, package, and weigh products (fruits, vegetables, legumes, dairy products, meats, and kitchen staples); * Grind meat cuts according to customer requests (external: Butchery and Deli; internal: Cafeteria); * Assist in preparing meat cuts for further slicing according to Cafeteria orders or requirements; * Clean and perform low-complexity cuts according to departmental requests or needs (FLV, Dairy Products, Deli, Butchery, and Cafeteria); * Package meats, stock the counter, and store meats in the cold room; * Sort inventory items for FLV (Fruits, Vegetables, and Legumes), Dairy Products, Deli, Butchery, and Cafeteria departments; * Prepare and finalize meals, sanitize food items, equipment, utensils, and work areas, and serve meals to employees; * Occasionally, in the absence of the cook or Cook Assistant, assume responsibility for preparing meals consumed by employees. * Ensure food quality, hygiene, taste, aroma, and presentation of dishes, snacks, and appetizers; * Monitor food and material consumption levels and request replenishment as needed; * Maintain and care for equipment used in respective departments; * Keep assigned work areas organized; * Serve internal and external customers. 251127020240550623
