Ensure planning is aligned with project objectives and goals. 2\- Update detailed schedules, identifying activities, their durations, and dependencies among them. Appropriately allocate resources such as personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient project execution. 3\- Assess potential project risks, developing mitigation and contingency strategies. Perform sensitivity analyses and simulations to anticipate possible issues and take preventive actions. 4\- Monitor project costs, comparing actual expenditures against the planned budget. Identify deviations and implement corrective measures to ensure adherence to the established budget. 5\- Track project progress against the established schedule, reporting advancements to stakeholders.
