If you enjoy challenges, join our successful team! **Responsibilities and Duties:** **Expected Activities:** Analyze stock coverage for domestic and imported items; Define and adjust "minimum / maximum / reorder" points according to demand forecasts and seasonality; Procure materials and services in A and B curves; Prospect, develop, and qualify new suppliers (domestic / imported); Request quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and other applicable terms; Prepare RFP / RFQ / RFI documents; Formalize purchase orders in the ERP system; Review draft contracts; Follow up on deliveries/orders; Handle non-conformities (NCs) related to respective suppliers/portfolio; Support internal customers and back-office areas, and conduct meetings with suppliers; Control invoices/fiscal documents; Support the development and implementation of improvements in procurement/import processes and guidelines; Create and monitor portfolio KPIs. **Requirements and Qualifications:** **We Expect You To Have:** Bachelor’s degree completed in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields; Experience in domestic procurement of materials/assets/services; Intermediate English (oral and written communication); Proven experience in international procurement / import procedures / international freight; Knowledge of the Sapiens system is a plus; Willingness to travel. **Additional Information:** On-site cafeteria Meal Allowance Health Insurance Dental Insurance Profit-sharing and results-based bonus paid semi-annually Group Life Insurance Partnerships with educational institutions, pharmacies, gyms, and local businesses Internal parking for motorcycles and bicycles Rotating parking for cars Employees’ Association And much more!
