If you identify with our company, join Valgroup—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Data Analysis and Intelligence** * Extract, model, and process data available or requested by P&D management, ensuring quality, simplicity, and traceability; * Develop executive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making; * Transform collected data into relevant insights that guide strategic business decisions; * Support technical and economic feasibility assessments of new projects by preparing supervised business cases. * Monitor P&D strategic KPIs, ensuring accuracy and transparency. **Automation and Continuous Improvement Projects** * Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within P&D team activities; * Contribute to process standardization and development of intelligent data solutions; * Participate in continuous improvement discussions, proposing solutions aligned with Valgroup values; * Lead or support projects using AI and automation tools, leveraging data according to opportunities identified by the P&D team; * Conduct Kick-off meetings and critical reviews with departments involved in projects; * Prepare project management documents per SGI standards. **Training and Relationship Building** * Support internal training—and external when necessary—to promote simplicity in data understanding. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Data Science, Engineering, Administration**, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * **Power BI – intermediate level** (dashboards and analytics); * **SQL – intermediate level**; * **VBA, VBS, and Python** for automation and data analysis; * Knowledge and application of **LLM (Large Language Models)**; * **Process automation tools** (N8N, Power Automate, or similar); * Familiarity with **SAP ERP**; * Basic understanding of **project management** and **agile methodologies**; * **Continuous improvement tools** (Green Belt, Six Sigma, Scrum, etc.); * **Intermediate English**, focused on reading and written communication. **Additional Information** #### **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance; * On-site lunch; * Profit Sharing Program (PPR).
