




**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support updating release dates of pending orders, ensuring information is always up to date. * Assist in creating charts for monitoring inventory levels, facilitating efficient materials management. * Contribute during the startup phase of new projects, collaborating with the team to ensure successful initiation. * Provide support in the escalation process, monitoring and resolving operational issues as they arise. * Assist in invoice clearing within the SAP system and in creating commercial invoices, ensuring documentation accuracy. * Contribute to the creation of reports related to Tier 3, escalation processes, and project startups, supporting the team in decision-making. * Send part and component forecasts to the factory, helping plan production according to demand. * Analyze the availability of raw materials required for production planning and control (PCP), ensuring inputs are available when needed. **YOU MUST HAVE** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in data analysis and reporting.
