It offers services aimed at optimizing processes and enhancing organizational efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Contact approved candidates to guide them regarding onboarding documentation and schedule medical examinations. Verify and submit documents for system registration. Schedule onboarding sessions for new employees and notify responsible departments to arrange necessary provisions (PPEs, cafeteria access, etc.). Assist with timekeeping control (e.g., replacing printer ribbons and timecards). Register employees and third parties in timekeeping and cafeteria systems. Support the management and control of third-party documentation. Provide employee assistance, collect signatures when required, and assist in organizing internal events. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
