Requirements: - Completed higher education; - Previous experience in the role; Responsibilities: - Issue and analyze discrepancy reports; - Conduct billing analysis for branches; - Analyze KPIs and issue management reports; - Prepare statistical reports and monthly KPIs; - System updates and other duties related to the role.
