If you identify with our company, join Valgroup—we’ll go much further together! **\#transformplasticwithus** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Extract, model, and process data requested by R&D management, ensuring quality and traceability; * Develop executive dashboards and reports in Power BI to support decision-making; * Transform data into relevant insights to support business growth; * Support technical and economic feasibility studies for new projects, including business case development; * Monitor strategic R&D KPIs, ensuring accuracy and transparency; * Serve as the R&D focal point in corporate projects. * Identify and lead opportunities for automation and process improvement within R&D; * Standardize processes and develop intelligent, data-driven solutions; * Create RPAs to optimize operational routines; * Support SAP Key Users in project-related requests; * Lead continuous improvement, automation, and AI initiatives; * Manage the R&D automation project portfolio, aligning priorities with management; * Conduct kick-offs, critical analyses, and prepare documentation per SGI requirements; * Propose analytical and innovative solutions to improve processes and support technical decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Data Science, Engineering, Administration**, or related fields. **Technical Skills** * Power BI – intermediate level (dashboards and analytics); * SQL – intermediate level; * VBA, VBS, and Python for automation and data analysis; * Knowledge and use of LLMs (Large Language Models); * Process automation tools (N8N, Power Automate, or similar); * ERP SAP knowledge; * Project management fundamentals and agile methodologies; * Continuous improvement tools (Green Belt, Six Sigma, Scrum, etc.); * Intermediate English, with emphasis on reading and written communication. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Food Allowance * Commuter Bus / Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Profit Sharing Plan (PPR) With nearly half a century in the market, **Valgroup** has established itself as a benchmark in plastic production, processing, and recycling, with strategically located facilities across Brazil and worldwide.
