Your role will involve developing and connecting bots, APIs, and services—ensuring stability and autonomy for our agents. ### **What you’ll do daily:** * **Flow Development:** Build and maintain complex workflows in Fintalk Studio and tools such as n8n. * **Integrations:** Connect external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp API, Meta) via APIs. * **Investigation:** Diagnose bugs and technical failures using Datadog, log analysis, and environment replication. * **Testing Culture:** Rigorously test all solutions before any production deployment. ### **Who we’re looking for (Technical Requirements):** * Students pursuing degrees in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. * **Programming Logic:** Structured reasoning to break down complex problems. * **JavaScript:** Basic or intermediate proficiency for reading, editing, and debugging. * **REST APIs:** Familiarity with consumption, authentication, and analysis of JSON/payloads. * **Investigative Mindset:** Someone who enjoys uncovering the “why” behind errors and persists until resolution. * **Builder Mindset:** Someone who thrives on hands-on creation—rolling up their sleeves and making things happen, even amid uncertainty. ### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with low-code automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier). * Familiarity with Postman, GitHub, or observability tools (e.g., Datadog). * Knowledge of platforms such as Dialogflow or IBM Watson. ### **Skills we value:** * **Extreme Curiosity:** Learning by doing and testing. * **Autonomy with Responsibility:** Attempting independent resolution before escalating—but knowing when to ask for help. * **Solution Obsession:** Total focus on the end-user’s experience. **Work Location:** Pinheiros — SP **Working Hours:** 6 hours per week **Benefits:** * Internship stipend of R$2.000,00 * Flexible benefits (Flash card) * Health insurance (with co-payment) * Totalpass * SESC membership * Laptop for work * Exponential learning opportunities, including access to ChatGPT Plus and other tools * Birthday day off * Clude Saúde **Employment Model:** Internship Contract
