**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** \- Completed high school education; \- Currently pursuing a technical course in: Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields; \- Basic computer skills (Office suite); \- Basic knowledge of occupational safety and compliance with regulations; \- Availability to operate equipment such as blowers, injection molding machines, mills, shredders, compressors, chillers, and dosing units; **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** \- Experience in industrial maintenance; \- Knowledge of plastic transformation processes; \- Familiarity with 5S practices and management systems (IMS); \- Basic technical English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Support the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment, as directed by the team; \- Monitor work orders and assist in simple mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical repairs (de-energized); \- Assist the maintenance technician you are shadowing with simple tasks, following received instructions and using required tools and equipment; \- Organize manuals and catalogs, and maintain 5S standards within the department; \- Ensure proper care and conservation of equipment and tools, guaranteeing appropriate usage; \- Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations according to IMS procedures. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD)** Job type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.820,42 \- R$3\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
