Description: * Elementary education completed. * Previous experience in building maintenance or general services with multiple skills. * Basic knowledge in electricity, plumbing, masonry, and painting. * Manual dexterity and willingness to move around the workplace. * Proactivity, autonomy, and organization are desirable. * Availability for regular business hours is desirable. * Ability to read simple diagrams or quick learning aptitude will be an advantage. * Perform basic electrical repairs (replacing outlets, circuit breakers, light fixtures) and minor plumbing work (replacing valves, small piping). * Assemble and disassemble tables, chairs, shelves, etc. * Carry out minor masonry tasks (plastering, small walls, masonry repairs) and painting (walls, doors, metal surfaces). * Organize, nail, repair, and stack pallets as required by the warehouse. * Inspect building structure and report non-conformities requiring third-party intervention or specialized maintenance. * Maintain cleanliness and order of tools and equipment used. * Collaborate with the maintenance/prevention department to minimize operational disruptions. * Respond to emergency calls when necessary, with priority handling. * Comply with occupational safety regulations, use appropriate PPE, and care for the environment. 2511160202461873358
