**Responsibilities:** * Supervise the automation team, assigning tasks and monitoring results; * Perform maintenance and new installation activities on automation systems for process and machine control. Such activities include: diagnosing faults; performing interventions and adjustments; implementing improvements; specifying systems, circuits, and equipment; configuring systems, circuits, and equipment; carrying out new installations; overseeing the execution of these activities, etc.; * Read and interpret drawings, schematics, diagrams, and documentation related to electrical, electronic, measurement and process control, and automation systems, using them as guidance during maintenance activities; identify discrepancies between the installation and documentation; define necessary modifications; sketch new installations; organize physical and electronic documentation, etc.; * Comply with safety regulations and promote individual and team preventive actions; * Facilitate implementation of the company’s participatory programs (5S); * Perform maintenance and new installation activities, including: diagnosing faults; performing interventions and adjustments; implementing improvements; * Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate execution of activities related to their respective areas. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Industrial Automation, Electrotechnology, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation; * Proven experience in the industrial automation field; * Experience in PLC programming and industrial networks is desirable. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages designed to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction.
