**Internship Position – Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related fields** **Work Mode: On-site in Pindamonhangaba-SP** Tecnored offers an excellent opportunity for **interns** who wish to apply their knowledge and learn in an industrial, innovative, and challenging environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare technical reports, tracking spreadsheets, and charts. * Update performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare results presentations. * Support the review of procedures and operational instructions. * Participate in failure analyses and process optimization projects. * Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in **Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering or related programs**, preferably between the 4th and 8th semesters; * Desired ability to read and interpret technical drawings and flowcharts (PFD, PID). * Familiarity with quality and continuous improvement tools (PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, Ishikawa, Pareto). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel)** . * Availability to work on-site. **Desired Profile:** * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork abilities. * Technical curiosity and willingness to learn. * Commitment to **safety, quality, and results** .
