BAKERY WORKER Schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off Employment type: CLT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: * Bake bread, cornbread, and cakes, monitoring oven temperature and baking time, and finish products ensuring quality and standards according to technical specifications. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the area and utensils. * Ensure adequate supply and proper arrangement of sales area products according to planogram, guaranteeing service and production standards. * Train and guide assistants on bakery technical matters and good food handling practices, ensuring correct execution of departmental procedures. * Manage inventory of products, checking expiration dates and quantities to prevent unexpected shortages and waste. * Carry out daily production routines and fulfill additional order requests. * Comply with regulations established by Health Surveillance and the Good Manufacturing Practices Manual.
