Abler is a company specializing in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes in a consultative capacity. Screen resumes according to position profiles and requirements. Conduct online and in-person competency-based interviews. Accompany interviews with clients when necessary. Administer and analyze psychological and/or behavioral assessments. Prepare technical assessments and present candidate recommendations. Participate in in-person and online meetings with clients and team members. Conduct on-site technical visits to clients. Perform other duties related to the role. Previous experience as a Recruitment and Selection Analyst, Recruitment Specialist, Recruitment Consultant, or Recruitment Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
