Job Summary: Professional to work on supply chain request and validation, billing control, volume management, resolution of tax inconsistencies, and RC creation. Key Highlights: 1. Job Overview: **Summary of main job responsibilities:** * Request and validate with Supply Chain – control billing and analyze prices in case of any inconsistency – monitor UBC scheduling and other scrap materials – issue purchase orders via Oracle or RPA; * Register purchase prices for collection centers in Oracle at the appropriate time as required; * Request sales orders from the commercial team, manage volumes and balances, and align with Finance; * Manage consignment – all operational management of scheduling; * Resolve fiscal invoice inconsistencies and RI pending items – request supplementary documents when necessary – control purchase orders and required adjustments; * Create RCs for metal team demands – validate fiscal invoices – control PPEs – and handle any other requirements needed by the metal team. Responsibilities and Qualifications: **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration or related fields; * Solid Excel skills, basic knowledge of Power BI, and fundamental system knowledge; * Experience in administrative routines.
