**Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan, coordinate, and monitor all stages of projects and construction works, ensuring that deadlines, costs, and quality are met as planned; Research and adopt new technologies to optimize industrial processes, coordinating the integration of innovative solutions into the production chain and ensuring system modernization for greater efficiency and safety; Coordinate and guide technical and operational teams, monitoring team performance and ensuring productivity and quality; Manage suppliers and strategic partners for project execution; Ensure compliance with sector-specific standards and regulations, implementing best practices for workplace safety; Develop action plans to optimize processes and reduce costs; Prepare and present managerial reports on project progress; Align departmental activities with the strategic objectives of The Best Group; Responsible for the strategic development of the team and for managing departmental resources and costs. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree preferably in Civil Engineering, with possible eligibility for professionals holding degrees in Structural Engineering, Production Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. MS Project Advanced Excel Analysis tools Revit Basic to intermediate English, focused on communication to support expansion. Knowledge of architecture and project development.
