Job Summary: The Systems Assistant will assist in developing processes on platforms such as FLUIG and Datasul, providing support and performing routine system tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Perform system routine tasks such as user creation and modification, access authorization, and technical issue resolution. Assist in developing dashboards in **TABLEAU (BI)**, support data extraction and administration workflows, collaborate in validating computerized systems per established regulations, and participate in specifying business processes for development on the Fluig platform. Also provide support for already-implemented improvements and developments. **Requirements:** ✔ Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Technology ✔ Experience in systems-related roles ✔ Knowledge of Windows ✔ Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office or LibreOffice) ✔ Knowledge of SQL, HTML, Java, and JavaScript ✔ Familiarity with Microsoft 365 **Behavioral Profile:** Results- and quality-oriented, customer-focused (both internal and external), team player, organized with good time management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
