Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing building maintenance, hydraulic and electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, assisting with complex repairs, and maintaining workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Performs repairs in masonry, carpentry, painting, glass, and façades. 2. Carries out simple replacements of electrical outlets, light bulbs, and hydraulic repairs. 3. Assists with complex repairs and ensures workplace safety. * **Building Maintenance and Repairs:** Performs minor repairs in masonry, carpentry, painting, glass, and façades. * **Hydraulic and Electrical Work:** Carries out simple replacements of electrical outlets, light bulbs, leak repairs, and hydraulic installations. * **Technical Support:** Assists experienced professionals with more complex repairs, operates lifting equipment, and maintains workplace organization. * **Preventive Maintenance:** Lubricates machinery, checks equipment functionality, and ensures workplace safety. * **Cleaning and Organization:** Keeps the machine room and other facilities clean and organized.
