Teamwork and problem solving **Description:** Responsible for supporting construction planning and control activities, ensuring organization and monitoring of administrative and operational processes related to project progress. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform contractor measurements, verifying and accurately recording completed services; * Control and record travel expenses in accordance with company policies; * Manage the vehicle fleet, monitoring maintenance, documentation, and usage; * Maintain and update installation controls, tracking service progress; * Request material purchases and monitor deliveries, ensuring adequate site supply; * Enter financial installments into the management system, ensuring correct cost allocation; * Request and monitor accommodations for employees and contractors; * Draft contracts with third parties, ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements. **Professional Requirements:** * Experience in administrative roles; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; * Additional courses in civil construction are a plus. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Clear and effective communication; * Teamwork; * Time management; * Problem solving; * Flexibility, adaptability, and empathy. **Additional Information:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00; * Starting salary: R$ 2.700,00 (after experience: R$ 3.400,00); * Benefit: Meal allowance R$ 210.00; * Valid driver's license category B required.
