Job Summary: The professional will welcome patients and their companions, provide essential information about the institution, and assist them with navigation inside the hospital. Key Highlights: 1. Warm and efficient service to patients and their companions 2. Provision of essential information about the hospital 3. Assistance with patient movement within the institution Welcome patients and their companions warmly and efficiently, providing information about the institution and its procedures. Provide information regarding appointment and examination schedules, medications, department locations, and other services offered by the hospital. Assist patients and their companions in navigating the hospital, whether for appointments, examinations, or other destinations.
