Job Summary: Professional responsible for mapping, reviewing, and optimizing processes; managing Quality documents; and providing support in audits and employee onboarding. Key Highlights: 1. Central role in continuous process improvement 2. Quality and Procedures management and guidance 3. Essential support in audits and risk management **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Schedule with departments the review and verification of activity process mapping for general awareness 2\. Perform process mapping and review with each team leader to ensure accuracy of work processes 3\. Identify improvement opportunities in mapped processes and take action accordingly 4\. Manage Quality documents in the computerized system and provide guidance on their location within the system 5\. Guide assigned employees in drafting work procedures 6\. Monitor and support internal Quality audit processes 7\. Conduct onboarding of new employees when required, including operational procedures in Tasy and specific documents 8\. Assist with risk management activities as needed 9\. Monitor institutional 5S processes and reinforce organizational culture 10\. Assist coordination activities as needed **REQUIREMENTS:** Mandatory: Completed Bachelor's degree — Field: Administration or Engineering Desirable: Postgraduate degree — Field: Quality, Process Management **TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE** Basic understanding of Hospital Infection Control Knowledge of Process Management Knowledge of Quality Indicators Knowledge of Quality Tools **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
