Job Summary: Professional to provide technical support and monitoring in packaging development, indicator analysis, improvement project formulation, and non-conformance control. Key Highlights: 1. Analysis of market performance indicators **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related field; knowledge of quality methodologies, Lean Manufacturing, and SPC (Statistical Process Control); prior experience in the area. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and provide technical support during the development process of new packaging; analyze and monitor market group performance indicators; formulate improvement projects for the market group; control and analyze RNC (Non-Conformance Record) pending items and customer complaints; ensure appropriate customer feedback on complaints; formulate investment projects for improvements to company production lines and machinery.
