Job Summary: The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing electrical power projects and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities, aiming to ensure safety and reduce costs. Team leadership and compliance with safety regulations (NR-10). #### **About the position:** * The Maintenance Department plays a highly strategic role in ensuring smooth operations across Grupo Muffato's units, requiring qualified professionals capable of performing both preventive and corrective interventions. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for developing electrical power projects for new Grupo Muffato units, as well as coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities for electrical equipment across the retail network’s branches, prioritizing safety and cost reduction for the company. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and review electrical installation projects for new units and renovations, ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards. * Review electricity tariffs for all stores in the network, aligning contracted demand with actual business needs. * Perform energy efficiency calculations to optimize equipment installation across stores. * Conduct preventive and corrective monitoring of store generators and other relevant equipment. * Prepare budgets and purchase electrical materials and supplies required for generator maintenance. * Monitor store electrical installations for equipment, ensuring quality and safety. * Oversee and adapt the entire migration process of units to the free energy market. * Maintain contact with electricity concessionaires for negotiations and resolution of technical issues. * Supervise technical teams, delegating tasks for project execution and maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations—especially NR\-10—in all related activities. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with active CREA registration. * Proficiency in NR\-10 and other applicable regulatory standards. * Solid knowledge of calculations and development of residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects. * Understanding of laws and standards governing electrical projects and installations. * Practical knowledge of electrical equipment used in the retail network’s store operations. * Ability to follow operational procedures required for the position. * Strong interpersonal skills, proactivity, and commitment. * Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate technical teams. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Advantageous):** * Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer, preferably within retail chains or large corporations. * Knowledge of energy generation systems, such as generators and alternative power sources. * Experience with migration processes to the free energy market. * Familiarity with technical drawing and electrical project software (AutoCAD, EPLAN, etc.). * Training in project management and team leadership. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutrition coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts
