Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of IT systems and infrastructure, providing technical support and proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support for users and administration of IT systems. 2. Focus on information security, networks, and performance optimization. 3. Propose technological innovations and improvements in the corporate environment. Responsible for providing technical support to internal users, ensuring the proper functioning of the company's IT systems, networks, and equipment. Manages servers, networks, and databases; installs and configures software and hardware; proposes improvements; and ensures information security and integrity. Contributes to the organization's technological development and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Respond to and resolve technical tickets, providing support to internal users and customers; * Identify needs and propose improvements to IT systems and infrastructure; * Perform installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and operating systems; * Administer networks, servers, and databases, ensuring availability and security; * Monitor system performance and execute adjustments for performance optimization; * Control access, conduct audits, and maintain information security policies; * Prepare technical documentation and record configuration and maintenance procedures; * Support the implementation and integration of new systems and technologies; * Research and suggest applicable technological innovations for the corporate environment; * Execute tests, reviews, and contingency plans according to schedule and departmental guidelines. Requirements: * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or infrastructure; * Technical Knowledge: Windows Server, Linux, networks (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), Active Directory, Hardware; * Knowledge of Monitoring Tools; * Knowledge of ERP Systems; * Knowledge of Information Security;
