




Job Summary: Perform operational activities across various stages of the production process, ensuring animal welfare and compliance with internal procedures, including fish handling, cleaning, maintenance, and data recording. Perform operational activities across various stages of the production process, ensuring animal welfare and compliance with internal procedures; Carry out cleaning, organization, and preservation of aquaculture areas and surrounding environments, including mowing and external cleaning; Handle fish at various life stages (fry, juveniles, and broodstock), performing tasks such as feeding, vaccination, biometry, grading, and harvesting; Assist in egg collection, incubation, and monitoring, including micro-fry rearing; Perform minor repairs and maintenance on structures such as hapas, tanks, and cages; Execute health and animal welfare control routines, adhering to biosecurity protocols; Accurately record production data according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); Support fish dispatch activities, water quality parameter collection (parameterization), and basic laboratory routines; Work flexibly depending on the assigned area within the production process. Activities may vary according to the assigned area within the production process. **Cleaning and Preservation:** Perform cleaning and preservation of production areas according to operational procedures. **Vaccination and Recordkeeping:** Carry out vaccination, biometry, hygiene, and equipment calibration, with production data recording. **Operational Processes:** Participate in activities related to juvenile loading, fry receipt, acclimation, biometry, and disposal of dead animals, as required by each department. **Fry Grading:** Assist in fry grading and counting, distribution, and batch preparation for sale and transfer, according to demand. **Egg Collection:** Participate in egg collection, classification, transportation, sexing, and hapa assembly/disassembly. **Harvesting and Transfer:** Assist in harvesting, fry transfer, and structure disinfection. **Incubation Laboratory:** Work in the incubation laboratory, disinfecting and incubating eggs, supervising hatching, and transferring larvae. **Broodstock Management:** Manage broodstock, including counting, sexing, biometry, and pond organization. **Health Management:** Execute health management, including collection of dead fish, composting unit operation, and dehydrator operation. **Hapa and Equipment Maintenance:** Maintain hapas, perform sewing and washing, fabricate accessories, and maintain cages. **Micro-Fry Rearing:** Perform micro-fry rearing activities, such as larval reception, biometry, acclimation, feeding, and water analysis. **Feed Control:** Ensure proper receipt, storage, and distribution of feed for fry and broodstock, with appropriate records. **Data Recording:** Record production data at all operational stages, as required by the system and certifications, such as BAP.
