Job Summary:
We are seeking a CNC Programmer to develop machining programs, monitor production, and analyze engineering drawings for optimization and failure prevention.

We are looking for a **CNC Programmer** to join our team!
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop machining programs for parts on CNC lathes according to engineering drawings provided by the Engineering Department, in order to program machines for cutting;
* Monitor part machining and correct programs when necessary, using software features and devices to avoid raw material waste and part rework;
* Analyze engineering drawings to identify any design or machine-related obstacles that may prevent successful part manufacturing, and communicate such issues or difficulties to the supervisor to minimize rework and scrap risk.
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education;
* Technical course in CNC Machining Programming, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related fields is preferred;
* Availability to work the 2nd shift (from 2:20 PM to 10:35 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturdays from 11:40 AM to 5:20 PM).
