Effective communication with clients and teams. \* Conduct administrative and financial feasibility analysis of project proposals; \* Guide the development of projects and work plans, supporting coordinators, municipal governments, and internal and external clients; \* Provide necessary guidance for project development; \* Monitor execution schedules while respecting deadlines, and prepare documents such as official letters, reports, and results presentations; \* Perform other duties corresponding to the role. REQUIREMENTS AND DESIRED PROFILE: \* Degree in Business Administration, Executive Secretariat, or Project Management; \* Experience in support foundations / third sector organizations and funding agencies (e.g., Fundação Araucária and FINEP) is a plus; \* Willingness to learn, resilience, and ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and make sound decisions; \* Ability to communicate clearly—both verbally and non-verbally—in a concise and effective manner across various contexts, including presentations, meetings, and client interactions; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.800,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
