Operational support to the kitchen team **DAYS:** MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY, AND SUNDAY **DAYS OFF:** WEDNESDAY + 1 SUNDAY PER MONTH **BENEFITS:** HEALTH INSURANCE, DENTAL PLAN, GYMPASS, WELL-BEING INSURANCE, TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE, ON-SITE MEALS, CONSUMPTION CREDIT AND DISCOUNT **JOB DESCRIPTION** Ensure **cleanliness, organization, and hygiene** of the kitchen and common support and usage areas of the restaurant, such as restrooms and service areas, directly contributing to **food safety, smooth operational functioning, and service quality** delivered to customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform **daily cleaning and sanitization** of the kitchen, countertops, floors, walls, drains, and equipment. * Wash and organize **dishes, utensils, pots, pans, molds, and containers** used in food production. * Assist in **organizing inventories, cold rooms, and pantries**, keeping environments clean and properly labeled. * Carry out **proper collection and disposal of waste**, maintaining clean trash bins with appropriate liners. * Execute **periodic deep-cleaning routines** (hoods, exhaust systems, filters, refrigerators, freezers, shelves). * Support the kitchen team with simple operational tasks when requested (e.g., transporting supplies, organizing boxes, restocking materials). * Strictly comply with **food hygiene and safety standards**, as well as health surveillance regulations. * Correctly use **PPE** (gloves, boots, aprons, masks, when required). * Report any irregularities, leaks, equipment failures, or safety hazards to management immediately.
