Equipment maintenance assessment and guidance **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the execution of technical and administrative support schedules; * Assess and issue technical opinions regarding equipment maintenance location and conditions; * Guide the technical team in meeting service schedules, standards, technical procedures, and workplace safety requirements; * Lead the team: participate in recruitment processes, conduct training sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. **Requirements:** * Completed Technical Course in Electrotechnology, Electromechanics, Chemistry, Building Construction, Sanitation, or related fields; * Experience in sanitation or maintenance areas; * Valid driver's license and availability for travel; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and internet use; * Knowledge of systems, reports, processes, and procedures; * Knowledge of leadership and people management; * Prior leadership experience is a plus.
