




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for contacting and monitoring drivers during trips, tracking deliveries, recording incidents, and maintaining communication with customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitoring and support for drivers en route. 2. Management and updating of trip information in the system. 3. Proactive communication with customers regarding delivery status. * **Logistics experience required** Contact drivers during trips to confirm location, delivery progress, and clarify questions; * Request unloading from the customer or consignee when necessary; * Report returns, incidents, and abnormal situations to the monitoring analyst or other departments; * Enter and update trip information in the system; * Record trip incidents clearly and in accordance with internal procedures; * Close and finalize freight entries in the systems upon completion of the operation; * Support tracking alert monitoring, reporting deviations or critical situations to the responsible analyst; * Close waybills; * Consider and follow customer-specific requirements during monitoring; * Perform monitoring via the customer's portal when necessary; * Maintain communication with customers whenever necessary, especially in routine situations or for status updates.
