If you seek professional growth, a dynamic work environment, and the chance to join an industry-leading company, this position is for you! **Position: Purchasing Specialist \- Restaurant Maintenance** **Work Location:** Campina do Siqueira, Curitiba/PR (100% on-site). **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for managing the Group's Restaurant Industrial Maintenance portfolio, with focus on cost reduction, timeline optimization, and strategic negotiations; * Coordination of continuous improvement projects, contract formalization, and support to internal departments; * Complex procurement activities, market analysis, supplier management, bid management, and ensuring adherence to deadlines, regulations, and commercial terms; * Strong focus on prospecting and developing new suppliers to ensure efficient supply and optimal cost\-benefit ratio. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering; * Proven experience in Purchasing for Industrial Maintenance portfolios (mandatory); * Advanced proficiency in Excel; * Technical negotiation and decision-making skills; * Ability to thrive in a dynamic and agile environment; * Willingness to undertake occasional travel to engage with stakeholders. **We Offer:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Pharmacy network agreement; * Wellhub; * Cashback program at our restaurants.
