**Job Title:** CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN **Main Responsibilities:** Supervise and guide work teams at the construction site, assigning tasks according to project planning. Monitor masonry, carpentry, concrete work, finishing, and other activities, ensuring high-quality execution. Control the use of materials, tools, and equipment to prevent waste and ensure smooth progress of the project. Assist engineers and/or supervisors in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations (PPE/collective protective measures) and best practices on-site. Monitor project progress regarding deadlines, quality, and productivity. Report any deviations, difficulties, or scheduling adjustments needed to site management. Conduct verification of measurements for completed works. Oversee the receipt of materials and third-party services, checking conformity with requirements. Lead and motivate the team, promoting organization, discipline, and cooperation in the workplace. **Professional Experience:** Must have prior experience as a construction foreman. **Experience Duration:** Minimum 2 years **Mandatory Requirements:** Leadership skills and ability to resolve conflicts. **Working Hours:** 07:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday; Friday until 4:30 PM. **Salary and Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with the role \+ grocery allowance.
