Follow hygiene and food safety regulations Supermarket seeks a Butcher Assistant in Cruzeiro do Oeste. **Responsibilities:** Assist in meat preparation and cutting. Sort and organize products for display. Package, weigh, and label meats. Restock butcher counters and display cases. Serve customers when necessary. Sanitize utensils, equipment, and the workplace. Assist in proper storage of meats in cold rooms. Check product expiration dates and conditions. Assist in inventory control. Discard products unfit for consumption. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Previous experience as a Butcher, Meat Cutter Operator, Butcher Assistant, or Meat Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
