We want your application! #### **Main responsibilities:** * Daily guidance, coordination, and/or execution of cleaning services at client company premises, including sweeping or mopping floors, removing dirt from walls, dusting furniture, and restocking personal hygiene supplies; * Ensure operational safety by observing correct usage of cleaning products (degreasers, soap, and general chemicals) and equipment (brooms, vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, etc.), as well as their maintenance—keeping them stored in appropriate locations and requesting repairs when necessary; * Train subordinates, participate in personnel movement processes, distribute and collect PPEs and time cards, deliver benefit vouchers, maintain team discipline and order, monitor proper uniform usage, attendance, and suggest transfers, disciplinary actions, or dismissals; * Periodically guide, coordinate, and/or execute targeted, more detailed cleaning tasks according to schedule—such as window washing, cleaning fans and light fixtures, disinfecting rooms, among others; * Monitor and request replenishment of consumable materials as needed; * Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), comply with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, and correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs). #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Serve customers according to the company’s service standards; * Comply with operational procedures required for the position; * Attendance and punctuality; * Leadership ability; * Team spirit; * Initiative. #### **Desirable requirements (differentiators):** * Prior experience as a cleaning supervisor; * Knowledge of advanced cleaning and maintenance techniques; * Skills in team management and material control; * Familiarity with occupational safety regulations applicable to cleaning activities. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health assistance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Rotating shift: 6 days on, 1 day off * 7 hours 20 minutes daily
