Potential for future leadership Accounting Analyst Opportunity in Curitiba We are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our team as an Accounting Analyst at our dynamic and growing accounting office in Curitiba. If you are passionate about accounting, proactive, detail-oriented, and seek an environment where you can grow and lead, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** * Accurately and efficiently perform accounting classification, reconciliation, and journal entries. * Manage document flow for client companies, ensuring control over dispatches and receipts. * Actively support the monthly trial balance closing process. * Assist in preparing and submitting annual accounting obligations (ECD, ECF, etc.). * Contribute to organizing and maintaining accounting documentation. * Collaborate with the team by sharing knowledge and best practices. * Demonstrate proactivity in seeking solutions and process improvements. * Assume responsibilities and demonstrate potential for future leadership. **Requirements:** * Proven experience of more than 5 years in the accounting field. * Prior experience in an accounting firm (a significant advantage). * Solid knowledge of accounting principles and tax legislation. * Ability to perform accounting classification, reconciliation, and journal entries. * Familiarity with trial balance closing processes and submission of ancillary obligations. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Strong desire to learn and develop professionally. * Leadership spirit and ability to work in a team. * Residence in Curitiba or its metropolitan region. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active CRC registration. * Knowledge of accounting systems (Questor). * Experience working in an accounting firm. **Work Location:** * Centro Cívico, Curitiba/PR. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance (VT). * Meal allowance (VR). **Salary:** (negotiable). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **Gender:** * Not applicable Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.800,00 \- R$4\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Mode: On-site
