We are an IT company focused on solutions for corporate clients and are seeking a professional to provide **technical support**, ensuring system stability and efficiency. **Your responsibilities will include:** ✔ Responding to technical service requests (on-site and remote) ✔ Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues ✔ Installing and configuring Windows and Linux systems ✔ Supporting improvements to the IT infrastructure ✔ Maintaining up-to-date documentation **What we expect from you:** ✔ Technical or higher education degree in IT (or related fields) ✔ Minimum 6 months of experience in helpdesk/support roles ✔ Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team **Nice-to-have qualifications:** Virtualization (VMware, Hyper\-V) Scripting (PowerShell or Bash) ITIL certification Microsoft 365 Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting at R$2\.450,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
