Handle financial and operational service requests Responsibilities: * Procure materials and services according to unit requirements; * Manage asset records, ensuring accurate registration, movement, and disposal of assets; * Conduct price quotations with suppliers to obtain optimal cost\-benefit conditions; * Respond to and track financial and operational service requests submitted by company units; * Provide support to parking garage building residents, clarifying questions related to administration and parking space usage; * Support administrative routines and collaborate in organizing internal processes.
