Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing and monitoring construction schedules, tracking financial progress, preparing reports, and coordinating teams—ensuring compliance with standards and cost control. Inclusive opportunity, also open to persons with disabilities (PCD) **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel; Experience in industrial assembly projects is desirable. **Responsibilities:** Develop, monitor, and update construction schedules; Track physical and financial progress of activities, report deviations, and propose solutions; Prepare progress reports, risk analyses, and performance indicators; Collaborate in coordinating between engineering teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders; Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and safety standards; Support change management and project cost control.
