




Job Summary: Manage and optimize operational processes, prepare managerial reports, promote cross-departmental integration, participate in strategic decision-making, and lead process improvement projects. Cross-departmental integration and strategic decision-making Main Responsibilities: \- Manage and optimize operational processes, ensuring quality, productivity, and on-time delivery; \- Prepare managerial reports, monitor budgets, operational costs, and resources; \- Promote integration among departments (sales, transportation, and dispatch); \- Participate in strategic decision-making with senior management; \- Lead process improvement, innovation, and expansion projects; \- Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal company policies. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields is preferred; \- Experience in operations management and team leadership is preferred; \- Knowledge of management tools (ERP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc.) is preferred; \- Knowledge of IT and SQL is a plus; \- Strong analytical skills, strategic vision, and results orientation are preferred; \- Skills in planning, executing, and controlling processes are preferred.
