Daily verification of whether all vehicles are connected to the system. Provide information to users via telephone. Commit to resolving departmental problems and non-conformities. Monitor synoptic operation status. Contact operations/motorists when necessary for clarifications and operational adjustments. Report any incident inconsistent with operational procedures or configurations to the immediate supervisor or responsible department for resolution.
