Job Summary: The professional will monitor alarms and vehicles, provide telephone support, and ensure resolution of operational issues. Key Highlights: 1. Alarm monitoring and validation in the system 2. Synoptic operation monitoring and communication with teams 3. Troubleshooting and resolution of departmental non-conformities **Job Description:** ---------------------- Monitor and validate alarms generated by the system. Daily verification of whether all vehicles are connected to the system. Provide information to users via telephone. Commit to resolving departmental problems and non-conformities. Monitor synoptic operation status. Contact operations/motorists when necessary for clarifications and operational adjustments. Report any incident inconsistent with operational procedures or configurations to the immediate supervisor or responsible department for resolution.
