Recording parts in service orders and releasing them to the workshop **Description:** Assist in receiving by inspecting all products, goods, and parts entering the warehouse daily, verifying both quantity and quality to ensure items arrive at the warehouse undamaged. **Activities** Organize and control inventory by shelves, verifying goods and labels, assigning registered parts to their correct locations or registering new parts in the system to ensure quick identification and timely release to customers. Daily verification of incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders. Release purchase invoices after verifying information and correctly recording them in the system. Perform inter-branch transfers according to received records, printing delivery notes, picking and packaging parts. Record parts in service orders via the system, picking and releasing items to the workshop to ensure accurate billing. Carry out additional tasks relevant to the position as requested by the department, ensuring efficient task completion and achievement of team objectives. **Requirements** Completed elementary education. Familiarity with company products. Knowledge of warehouse operations and receiving processes.
