Job Summary: Performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on hydroelectric power plant equipment, analyzes failures, records interventions, and manages third-party contractors. Description: Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electromechanics, with active registration at the respective professional council * Knowledge of equipment and mechanical systems used in hydroelectric power plants * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and hydraulic flowcharts * Proficiency with measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, dial indicators) * Basic understanding of maintenance planning and control * Knowledge of environmental and occupational safety issues related to maintenance, including their impacts, risks, and implications for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance Preferred Qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Quality tools and failure analysis methodologies; MS Project; SAP\-PM Responsibilities: * Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on all main and auxiliary equipment of the Porto Primavera Hydroelectric Power Plant (UHE) and associated accessories, including: turbines and their associated systems, generators and peripherals, drainage and sewage systems, gantry cranes and overhead traveling cranes, diesel generators, compressed air systems, ventilation and exhaust systems, hydromechanical systems, fire suppression systems, speed governors, among others * Analyze work orders and technical specifications of equipment; disassemble parts and components; diagnose defects; perform adjustments, repairs, replacements, and other related activities * Record interventions, tests, and measurements performed on equipment using spreadsheets, forms, technical reports, and computerized systems such as SAP\-PM, to maintain equipment performance history and records of executed services * Perform lubrication, adjustments, and calibration of mechanical and pneumatic equipment according to established procedures, using appropriate tools and instruments * Support the development and implementation of maintenance-related project solutions and improvements * Collaborate in drafting technical specifications for contracting maintenance services, based on applicable technical instructions and standards * Participate in training sessions and meetings as required, providing technical input on maintenance-related topics * Supervise and monitor third-party work fronts, organizing and assigning tasks in accordance with maintenance planning and scheduling, ensuring personnel safety by enforcing compliance with safety regulations * Consult schematics, maintenance manuals, procedural instructions, drawings, and electromechanical technical specifications to analyze components and operation of machines and equipment; replace and/or repair defective devices, performing adjustment operations (e.g., welding, fastening) to restore proper operational conditions of faulty equipment * Operate overhead traveling cranes, gantry cranes, monorails, hoists, forklifts, and other lifting equipment * Drive motor vehicles, including automobiles and pickup trucks 2510140202261621358
