Job Summary: Responsible for keeping factory machines and systems fully operational by performing corrective and preventive maintenance, optimizing industrial control and automation systems. Maintain minimum stock levels and program backups Responsible for ensuring full operational functionality of factory machinery and systems through corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as installation and optimization of industrial control and automation systems, thereby guaranteeing equipment reliability and continuity of production processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on steam boilers, air and ammonia compressors, electrical command and distribution panels, thermostats, pressure switches, PLCs, and HMIs, ensuring full system functionality; * Conduct diagnostics, parameterization, and repairs on simple and complex automation systems, including analog and digital sensors, industrial networks, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs); * Parameterize frequency inverters via software, evaluating and implementing improvements to programming and automated system performance; * Assemble electrical and control panels, installing sensors, microcontrollers, and automation devices according to project specifications and technical requirements; * Perform maintenance on electric motors, servo motors, and electro-pneumatic systems, ensuring operational efficiency and safety; * Maintain up-to-date minimum stock levels of inverters, PLCs, HMIs, cables, and software, as well as program and parameterization backups; * Carry out electrical installations and maintenance in administrative, industrial, and support areas, complying with technical and safety standards; * Accurately record working hours, identified defects, root causes, and applied solutions in the maintenance management system, ensuring traceability and information reliability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Field of Study:** Completed Technical Course in Industrial Automation, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, or related fields **Minimum Education Level:** Completed Technical Education **Desired Education Level:** Undergraduate studies in progress **Knowledge | Experience (Mandatory)** Knowledge of electrical technical and safety standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-35), ensuring compliance and safety in all activities; Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and automation schematics, ensuring correct execution of installations and maintenance; Technical specification of electrical materials and components for maintenance and assembly of industrial systems; Applied electro-pneumatics, including diagnostics and maintenance of systems integrating electrical and pneumatic controls; Industrial automation, covering control principles, instrumentation, sensors, PLCs, HMIs, and industrial networks; Electrical control systems, with expertise in assembly, circuit analysis, testing, and repair of command and distribution panels; Maintenance of infrastructure and building electrical installations, ensuring safe and continuous operation of administrative and industrial areas. **Working Hours:** 07:30 to 17:18 (Monday to Friday) With over five decades of presence in Brazil, we are Enaex Brasil, a subsidiary of Enaex S.A., a Chilean company with over 100 years of history and part of the Sigdo Koppers Group.
