Transparency in all our actions and communications. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Document new FTTH installations; * Support technicians according to project requirements; * Activate customers via software; * Register customers in the monitoring system; * Assist logistics as needed for customers; * Register new access points in the ISP system; * Support the commercial team with technical requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a technology degree in Networking, or a technical degree in Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, IT, or related fields; * Knowledge of telecommunications; * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks; * Basic IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office; * Router/MikroTik/ONU configuration experience. **Additional Information** **Regarding benefits, we offer:** * Meal allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance.
