Responsible for business development and sales of electrification and energy automation solutions targeted at the Oil & Gas sector (platforms, FPSOs, terminals, process plants, and utilities). Identify opportunities, lead technical-commercial pre-sales activities, propose integrated solutions (medium/low voltage, protection, substation automation, motor control centers, onboard generation and distribution), and close contracts with EPCs, operators, and integrators in the region. Main Responsibilities **What will your responsibilities be?** * Map and develop an Oil & Gas client portfolio (operators, shipyards, EPCs, integration suppliers). * Lead complex technical-commercial proposals, RFQs, and contract negotiations tailored to onshore and offshore requirements. * Support technical feasibility studies, equipment specifications for marine environments, risk analysis, and compliance with certification requirements (NORSOK, API, IEC, ATEX where applicable). * Collaborate with engineering, compliance, product, and manufacturing teams to ensure certified, robust, and deliverable solutions. * Deliver technical presentations, remote/onsite commissioning, and training for clients and commissioning engineers. * Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial KPIs; propose actions to expand market share in the O&G segment. * Participate in tenders, technical meetings with operators, and industry events. **What qualifications are we seeking?** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electrotechnology, or related field. * Proven experience in technical sales or business development for the Oil & Gas sector (onshore/offshore), preferably involving platforms, FPSOs, terminals, or industrial plants. * Knowledge of MV/LV equipment, protection systems, substation automation, MCCs, and onboard generation/distribution solutions. * Experience developing specifications and proposals compliant with marine environment requirements (alignment with standards and certifications). * Ability to negotiate with EPCs and operators; willingness to travel and work offshore. **Desired Qualifications:** * Experience with national and international Oil & Gas tenders and contracts. * Familiarity with NORSOK, API, IEC, NR-37/NR-29 standards and maritime classification requirements (ABS, DNV, BV). * Fluent English; Spanish is a plus. * Experience with digital solutions for Oil & Gas (SCADA, ADMS, condition monitoring, IIoT for critical assets). **Work Location and Employment Model:** Rio de Janeiro (RJ base) — willingness to travel onshore/offshore and to client sites; hybrid model.
