Electromechanical Maintenance Coordinator

Important information about the position:
* Work location: **Brumado\-BA**
* Work mode: on-site
* Availability for travel
* Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM
* Contract type: **permanent**
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate a multidisciplinary maintenance team (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, automation, refractory and civil)
* Lead teams involved in maintenance routines ensuring alignment, engagement and execution according to the company's strategic direction to guarantee compliance with maintenance strategies, guidelines, maintenance plans, work procedures and safety
* Participate in the development and systematic monitoring of the maintenance budget
* Ensure compliance with the 52-week plan, guaranteeing adherence to maintenance schedules
* Support studies and propose equipment improvements based on technical assessments and failure analysis
* Guide team coordination toward a safe environment/behavior, resource optimization, operational efficiency, cost reduction and positive work environment
* Define necessary resources, develop organizational charts, and establish roles and responsibilities within your coordination
* Ensure strict compliance with all internal and regulatory standards, procedures, safety and quality rules
* Ensure effectiveness of safety tools and programs, focusing on eliminating hazardous conditions and behaviors
* Seek best maintenance practices to ensure equipment reliability
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies aligned with production goals and operational efficiency
* Foster team development to continuously improve technical skills and team management
* Manage performance indicators together with the team and coordination to achieve results
* Promote a positive work environment with respect, clarity, transparency, defined roles and responsibilities, and effective on-site support to the team
Required knowledge, skills and experience:
* Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
* Solid experience in maintenance of mining equipment (crushers, screens, belt and screw conveyors, mills, classifiers, exhaust fans, furnaces, etc.)
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Intermediate English
* Experience managing people in an industrial maintenance environment
It will be a differentiator:
* Experience in the mining sector
* Postgraduate degree / MBA in people management and maintenance, or related areas
* Knowledge of ERP – SAP
* Fluent English
